NETWORKDAYS

Returns the number of working days (excluding weekends) between two dates.

Syntax

=NETWORKDAYS(start_date, end_date, [holidays])

Example

Excel
=NETWORKDAYS(A2, B2, E2:E10)

Counts business days between A2 and B2, excluding holidays listed in E2:E10.
